These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NoJunkAZ website and the junk-removal, hauling, and cleanout services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the site, requesting a quote, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or Services.

1. Quotes & Estimates

Quotes are estimates based on information you provide (item type, volume, access, location). Final price is determined on site after we see the actual job. We will confirm the final price with you before starting work. You may decline at no charge before work begins.

2. Scope of Work; Items We Will Not Take

We provide labor and hauling for non-hazardous junk removal. We do nothaul: hazardous materials, asbestos, medical or biohazard waste, ammunition, paint or solvents (in many cases), wet or sealed containers of unknown contents, or any item prohibited by law or disposal facility. If items on site cannot be taken, the quoted price may be adjusted.

3. Property Ownership & Authorization

By scheduling a job, you represent that you own the items being removed (or are authorized to dispose of them) and that you own or have permission to access the property. You agree to indemnify and hold NoJunkAZ harmless from any claim arising from items removed at your direction.

4. Site Access & Conditions

You agree to provide safe, lawful access to the work site. You are responsible for disclosing known hazards (pets, structural issues, hidden materials). We may decline or pause work if conditions are unsafe.

5. Photos

We may photograph items and the work area for quoting, recordkeeping, training, and limited marketing (with identifying details removed). If you do not want photos used in marketing, tell us in writing before the job.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at time of service. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the lower of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, plus reasonable collection costs.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule at no charge with reasonable notice. Same-day cancellations after a crew has been dispatched may incur a trip charge.

8. Limited Warranty; Liability

We perform Services in a workmanlike manner. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoJunkAZ's total liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for items disposed of at your direction.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape content, interfere with operation, or submit false information. All content on the site is owned by NoJunkAZ or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. SMS & Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and SMS messages from NoJunkAZ relating to your inquiry and Services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Third-Party Services

Our site uses third-party providers (hosting, analytics, email/SMS delivery, payments). We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties.

12. Disclaimers

The website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NoJunkAZ and its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misrepresentations, or your misuse of the Services.

14. Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

15. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@nojunkaz.com and try in good faith to resolve the dispute for at least 30 days.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site or Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
